AEROCOMP INC.

Comp Air Inc is an American aircraft manufacturing company based in Titusville, Florida, originally founded by Ron Lueck. Initially, the company focused on producing composite floats for seaplanes, but later expanded to offer homebuilding kit aircraft. Currently, Comp Air offers a range of kit aircraft, from 3-10 seater planes to experimental jets. In addition, the company has a subsidiary named Forward.Vision that specializes in manufacturing infra-red viewing systems for aviation use. Comp Air has marketed several kit-built models of aircraft over the years, including single-engine two-seat ultralight planes, four and six-seat high-wing civil utility aircraft, and eight-seat high-wing turboprop engine aircraft. The company test-flew its most ambitious homebuilt jet aircraft, the Aerocomp Comp Air Jet, in 2004. Comp Air intends to produce certificated versions of some of its kit aircraft in the future.
