Honda Motor Co., Ltd. is a multinational conglomerate manufacturer of automobiles, motorcycles, and power equipment, with its headquarters in Minato, Tokyo, Japan. The company was founded by Soichiro Honda in Hamamatsu, Japan in October 1946 and was incorporated on September 24, 1948. Today, Honda is a globally recognized brand that serves customers worldwide with a wide range of products, including automobiles, motorcycles, scooters, electric generators, water pumps, lawn and garden equipment, rotary tillers, outboard motors, robotics, jet aircraft, jet engines, thin-film solar cells, and telematics.
