Lake Aircraft was a manufacturer of amphibious aircraft that was headquartered in Kissimmee, Florida with a factory located in Sanford, Maine, United States. The company produced parts for LA-4 aircraft and was founded in 1959. The key person behind its operations was Armand Rivard. As of August 2018, the assets of Lake Aircraft were owned by Revo Inc., also owned by Armand Rivard, and the company was up for sale again. Lake Aircraft employed six people in 2009, down from the 200 employees it had in the 1980s. The company produced one aircraft in 2007 and none in 2008. Lake Aircraft designed and manufactured a range of planes, including the Lake LA-4-200 Buccaneer and the Lake Model 250 Seawolf.
